1. General Information

InsightFinance Limited is registered on the Financial Service Providers Register (FSPR) and is authorised to provide financial advice services in New Zealand. We comply with the standards of conduct, client care, and competence required under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013.

2. Nature and Scope of Services

We provide the following services to retail and commercial clients:

• Mortgage and property lending advice

• Investment property finance

• Construction and development finance

• Insurance broking for:

  • Residential property

  • Vehicle insurance

  • Health and medical insurance

  • Public liability and third-party liability

We do not provide investment advice (e.g., shares or managed funds) unless explicitly stated and licensed.

3. Fees and Commissions

InsightFinance does not usually charge fees for mortgage or insurance advice. In most cases, we receive commissions from lenders or insurers when a loan or policy is successfully arranged.

If a fee is payable (e.g. for complex commercial lending or insurance placement), we will agree this with you in advance and confirm it in writing.

We will also disclose any commissions or other incentives we may receive when we present your financial recommendation.

4. Conflicts of Interest

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the advice we give is not influenced by any conflict of interest. We are committed to prioritising your interests and will clearly disclose any potential conflicts before proceeding.
