InsightFinance does not usually charge fees for mortgage or insurance advice. In most cases, we receive commissions from lenders or insurers when a loan or policy is successfully arranged.
If a fee is payable (e.g. for complex commercial lending or insurance placement), we will agree this with you in advance and confirm it in writing.
We will also disclose any commissions or other incentives we may receive when we present your financial recommendation.
We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the advice we give is not influenced by any conflict of interest. We are committed to prioritising your interests and will clearly disclose any potential conflicts before proceeding.
